Original records control

Public records may change after retrieval. The original publisher's current record, attachments, instructions, and terms control. Users should open the source link and verify material information before acting.

Known facts and unavailable fields

Source-supplied facts should be labeled and traceable to the record. If a value, location, deadline, contact, or status is missing or ambiguous, it should remain unavailable or be excluded under the configured rules. A summary or service label must not be treated as a replacement for the original record.

Opportunity lifecycle

A notice, filing, permit record, planning signal, solicitation, award record, and status update do not represent the same stage of work. Untapped should label each configured dataset's lifecycle rather than present every record as ready-to-bid work.

Geographic qualification

Local qualification depends on source-supplied geographic evidence that maps to the configured territory. Issuing-office, agency, customer, or contact location should not substitute for place-of-performance or dataset-specific property location.
